Our VIP!

Today was a special day for Adelle. Today she was the VIP in school! So I made the poster below, and went into her classroom to tell her class about Adelle. Then the class was able to ask Adelle questions about herself. It was so fun to be able to brag about Adelle. Here are some pictures and some videos. (This is mostly for Scott and some of the videos are long.) Enjoy!

She takes really good care of her brother and sister!

I liked this book. It has motivated me to get back in the swing of things to get my body back where is should be. I don't know if I will actually do the workouts in the book, but I have a great desire now to get back to exercising and get into eating right.
