HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!!!!!
Since I know you are all worried that I am the perfect mom my Adelle is here to debunk that myth. (ha ha ha)
Arrow #1-My hint that she was drawing me.

Disclosure: I know I’m not a perfect mom. That’s why this is funny to me. I’m sure to an eight-year-old this picture is a very accurate portrayal of what this, often, frazzled mom looks like. And she is her silly father’s daughter and was completely kidding.

A Walk in the Woods
Today I went on an awesome field trip with Lilly and her class. It was a TON of fun and I learned a lot!
Like if you are stung by a bee it's a girl bee. And the rings inside a tree are how many years old they are. And th dark rings are the growth in the summer and the light rings are the growth in the spring...or vice versa.

Scott: “I was just dreaming that I was eating a marshmallow and it tasted like earwax.
Me: “How do you know what earwax tastes like?”
Scott: “I don’t know. You can just imagine. Well when I woke up I was chewing on my earplug.”
Ahhhh…the joys of sleeping during the day.
…One must sleep with earwax flavored marshmallows in one’s ears.
