So it has been awhile since I have blogged and let you all know what is going on in the life of the Foutz family. Well not a whole lot! We sold our Honda Accord about two week ago and Scott and I are both looking forward to not having a car payment as Christmas soon approaches. I have been ridiculously busy with getting Halloween Costumes ready and catching up on my neglected chores that I haven't been doing the past couple of weeks because I now have money to spend, and I'm trying to get my children's, my, and Scott's clothes in order (moving from summer to fall) and spending money on things to organize my house a little bit better. (I'm O.C.D. about organization and it is really nice to be able to buy the things that I have wanted to organize!)
Scott returned to school this week after a week long fall break, and it was so nice to have a husband for a week that only worked! It will be a glorious day when Scott is done with school and I can be with him more (and of course give him a honey-do list:)
Adelle is doing well, we just had a little bit of a fall-out a couple of days ago when she was being so dramatic about everything, so I put her to bed at 6:30!! I had enough and she spent the hour before I put her to bed crying and whining, soI just sent her to bed. She came out two different times saying she was ready to be nice, but I put her back to bed. I think she really needed it because by 7:30 she was asleep! Needless to say we have had a really good couple of days since then!
Lilly is doing well and is so one way or the other. She is really, really happy when she's happy, and very dramatic when she is sad. She's like me more and more. She says the word "no" a lot these days, and is still communicating really well. She has recently learned to climb, which I'm not too happy about, but she is following in her big sister's footsteps and is really sweet, Both girls are such a bright spot in my life!!
